The Buying Process

It could be said that each real estate transaction has a life of it's own.  While each transaction is distinct, there are also some similarities within each too.  Here are some common tasks that occur in a real estate transaction not necessarily in order of their occurrence:

Finding a Home or Property in the Phoenix Area

Finding a property may actually start with finding a Lender.  Knowing what you can afford will help you in evaluating properties that are right for you.
